I need to imbed pictures into my e-mail instead of attaching them. My daughter is in the navy and can not get attachments. I have tried copy and paste but unless I do that from an e-mail sent to me it doesn't work.

Are you sure you mean Firefox, not Seamonkey? Firefox does not have any mail client included.
