I have just been upgraded to firefox 3.6. Advised I must now update my Adobe Flash Player. I do not want Flash Player at all, but I know I need it. Is it safe for me to use Firefox 3.6 without updating Flash Player or should I unload FF 3.6 ?

You don't have to install Flash for using Firefox, but if you do have it you should keep it up-to-date.

You have the older version of Shockwave Flash 10.0 r32 installed.

Keep having Firefox 3.6.4 (it's latest stable, recommended), and please be sure to also check whether your Flash plugin is up-to-date at the Plugin check webpage - if it isn't, follow the 'update' link next to it.
