When I search for companies, the address appears but the telephone number doesn't. The number appears when I use Internet Explorer, so I know there is something blocking these numbers from popping up.

I am searching for manufacturing companies. When the info pops up, all is there except the telephone number. This doesn't happen on Internet Explorer, so I know the problem is inherent to Firefox. Something is blocking the pop up of these telephone numbers.

Hello Ken.

If you provided the website's URL, it would be better for me to pinpoint the source of the problem.

In any case, Internet Explorer is hardly any reference at all in terms of whether a browser is reading a page well or not. Some pages are made just for Internet Explorer and won't perform well (or at all) in other browsers, so you may want to bear that in mind.
