How do connect my MS Outlook 2003 to Firefox so that when I click any hyperlink in an Email, Firefox automatically opens to the relevant webpage (as happened when Outlook was mated to MS Windows Explorer)? (I have Windows 7.)

This problem happpends whether the Firefox is opened or not.

When I try, I recive a pop-up message from "MS Office Outlook", saying: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have Office 2003, Outook running on Windows 7.
