When I access Comcast.net from Firefox, the Communcations Center page opens, but does not allow connection to email or voicemail. This is a recent problem. Why? How to fix it?
Accessing Comcast.net from Firefox, the homepage opens, then the sign-in page, but when I get to the Communications Center page, a blank blue screen comes up. Of course, I cannot get to voicemail or email. I have had problems with Firefox/Comast before, but not for long. This has lasted some weeks. How can I fix it?

Try clearing your browser cache.
Tools > Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.
