I'm having trouble with web browsing. On a number of the sites that I visit - I'll be reading information, and one of two things happens -

1. the page will refresh and then be redirected to another site that has nothing to do with the one I'm looking at. Often a site called Video Cop, but at other times it seems random.

2. when clicking on a link a second window will open up (even though I'm set to no pop-ups) and it will remain blank, with the word "done" at the bottom.

3. when going to a page it will stall out - apparently trying to load goggle analytics - no matter how many times I try to reopen the page - it still freezes on a blank white screen.

The URL below is one of the ones that is constantly getting hijacked to another site.

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
