I want a way to view websites accessed using Firefox, even if the history/cache etc has been cleared.

Install a router with a password protected logging feature or use a program like Wireshark to log internet traffic if your firewall doesn't have such a feature..

Wireshark: http://www.wireshark.org/download.html

Unfortunately I didn't see a way to log with the router so I was exploring option # 2.

Wireshark looks like a great application, however I do not see a way to set up wireshark to monitor a wireless card. I have a wireless network at home, and that is what I am trying to monitor.
