I am building a website, and have been told there is an SFox add on I can install and load up excel worksheets to. In turn my web readers can click on my website and be taken to an url with my downloadable printable spreadsheets

Since your query involves web site development more that it does the use of Firefox, try posting at the Web Development / Standards Evangelism forum at MozillaZine. The helpers over there are more knowledgeable about web page development issues with Firefox, and they might be more familiar with what you want to do.
