It sound like the navigation toolbar is hidden, in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Navigation Toolbar" entry to select it.

It sound like the navigation toolbar is hidden, in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Navigation Toolbar" entry to select it.

thank you... the problem was that I couldn't even see the menu bar, but after pressing ALT button...everything is perfect now....
