I have problem in my facebook account and I received instructions how to fix but I cannot follow the instructions because in my firefox menu I cannot find the "options" and "preferences" tabs, where could I find them in the tools menu?"
2 days ago I just found out I have 2 profile picture albums in my facebook account. one is full (the original) and the other one is empty. I want to remove or delete the empty album but there is no edit button on the top to click. Every time I click my profile picture I always directed to the empty one, and some of my friends said they cant see my profile pictures. I've been trying to add profile pictures to the empty album but the pictures were just all added to my original album not to the empty one.

First, you might want to update to Firefox 4 final. I'm not sure whether you need to remove the beta or whether you can install over. Either way, see Backing up your information.
Second, on Windows, Options appears at the bottom of the Tools menu. Preferences is used on the Mac.
Finally, your Flash plugin could use the latest security update.
Does any of that help?
It is best to download and install the full Firefox 4 version. Updating will leave you on the beta update channel instead of on the release update channel.
Firefox 4 shows the orange Firefox button if the menu bar is hidden.
You can press the Alt key or press the F10 key to bring up the menu bar temporarily.

Yea I did find the tools menu when I pressed the Atl key. But my FB problem wans't solved. Those instructions I had followed were from Facebook admin itself on there help center page and it didn't fix the problem after I tried several times. It's really very frustrating. And many more FB users are having this problem too, every minute complains are coming. and I found out some of them experiencing it more than a month now. When can they fix this on going issues about useless, empty Profile Picture Album? I think this has nothing to do with which browser we are using because my laptop has Internet explorer, Firefox and Google. This is not a user-generated issue. Something is really wrong on facebook on their programming. We literally have more profile picture albums that need to be deleted.
If you do not see specific images then you can check the exceptions.
See:
- Check the exceptions in Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions
- Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images)
- Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
