Why don't the video and the tour work on the "Welcome to Firefox 4" Web page?

The following link contains a video (Step1: MEET FIREFOX 4) and a tour (Step1: KNOW YOUR BROWSER) of Firefox 4. When I click on the video, I get a never-ending activity indicator but no video. When I click on the tour, I get a Web page with a large Firefox logo and not much else. I have NoScript, but it is turned off for the link below. Why are the video and the tour not working on my Firefox 4.0.1 browser? (The link below won't even load properly in my IE 8 browser. I get the error message "Done, but with errors on page." And the video and tour features don't work at all.)

Also, why is there no list of things that are actually new? Where is the link to a list of patches?
