Why can't I hover over a persons name and see address or pick "find mail" and see all eamils from that person anymore?

When hovering over a persons name in an email I receive it used to show the actual email address. When right clicking on a persons name in an email I receive it used to show a drop-down list where I could choose "find email" and all email from that person would be displayed.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
