My browser won't load anything related to google; I've already done a virus scan, adjusted my firewalls, and restarted my modem and router, and nothing has worked.

My browser won't load anything related to google (including search engine, gmail, docs, etc). The browser times out. I can access other sites like hotmail and facebook fine.

Can you load Google by using the IP address for Google?

http://74.125.225.50/

If that works, it's probably a DNS problem (Domain Name Server). You can try clearing the DNS cache in Windows and see if that corrects that problem.

Thanks for the quick reply. I can load the main google page by typing in http://74.125.225.50/ but I still can't search. It times out. I cleaned out the DNS cache too, and that didn't work either. My job relies heavily on google docs, so I really need to be able to get in! I've had this problem for several days.
