How do I import my bookmarks, cookies, history, settings and so forth from FF on XP to a dual boot instance on Win 7?

I just installed Win 7 to dual boot with XP. My FF on XP is quite old, has lot's of bookmarks both by file folder and on bar, has a well maintained crop of cookies, often fills in my name and password to websites, and well, you get the idea. I'd like to import all of this is one fell swoop to FF in Win 7.

I keep my data on one volume to make backups easy. I can't remember if FF allows you to keep data like this separate or not. That would be great, because I'd only have to use those same files with this new FF. Anyway, can you please tell me how best to do this?
