I use a MacBook Pro. When firefox is open (blue light under the symbol), I cannot open a page when clicking on the firefox symbol. I have to go to file and click new tab, new window or open location. Or to bookmarks.

Try to do some maintenance like repair the disk permissions and remove the Firefox plist file.

Try to remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "Library > Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Thank you, I have already tried to remove the plist file. Apple Care recommended this but I still have the the same problems/issues.

I made contact with Firefox yesterday after removing the file.
