Since I added a UPS track your package thing about a month ago, I can't log back on to Firefox without first quitting it, and I don't know how to get rid of the "allot" add-on that caused all this!

I got an email saying that a package was being sent to me, and if I wanted to track it, to "click on this", so I did. I've tracked packages before with no problem. It appears to be called "alot", and I think it's by Google. Anyway, it put on a bar at the top of my screen, featuring ebay, facebook, amazon, weather, etc., and since I put that on, I can no longer just click on my Firefox emblem at the bottom of the screen to access the internet. Instead, I have to right-click on it, and click on "quit", then click on the icon again, and it will then go to Firefox and the internet. How do I get rid of the "alot" tool bar, and get back to getting on to Firefox normally?
