When using Firefox 8.01 to log in to an Exchange email account with Outlook Web Access, the above message appears. Clicking OK dismisses the message box, and email seems to work.

OS = Windows 7 (a clean install with updates and an AV program)

This doesn't happen on all our Windows 7 PCs however.

That issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
