Keep getting the "Warning !! This Web Site is blocked" on a number of web sites, including hulu, microsoft, what is this and who doing the blocking?
I am being blocked from sites I use with a Warning page, It seems to be on many pages of large companies who provide programs downloads such as Microsoft.com, and others, it appears especially when trying to upgrade software, or download programs needed to run windows.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
