Firefox crashes when ever I go to hcdsb.org. HELP!!!

Whenever I go to hcdsb.org (my work website), it crashes Firefox (and Safari as well). Can someone please help me figure out what the problem is? All my software is updated....I've also uninstalled Flash, and none of it fixes the problem. Please help!!!

There is Silverlight and Flash content on that page, so Silverlight can also be the cause of the crashes.
