Flash does not work in facebook thru ff and is fine in Internet explorer

I have tried all suggestions and cannot play games in facebook. I get a message that it doesn't see flash. I have no problem when I use internet explorer and I am not uninstalling flash again since it took Dell technical help to fix it for internet explorer
