How can I add a picture from "My Pictures" to an email?

I have pictures in " My Pictures" file I would like to add to an email to a friend. In " Outlook " I don't see a way to do this.

When sending a email on Outlook, click the insert menu and select "Files as Attachments", not really related to firefox support.
