going from a desktop to laptop am keeping my e-mail address. How do I get to thunderbird on laptop? I don't know my password.

I currently have a desktop with Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail. I just purchased a laptop and am no longer going to use the desktop. I am keeping my e-mail address. On my desktop I simply clicked on the Mozilla Thunderbird icon to get my e-mails. I do not have an MT icon on my laptop. How do I get to MT e-mails on my laptop. I don't remember my password.
