Is there a caching problem/change with Firefox 29.0.1?

more options

Hi, i really hope that another thread doesn't have this topic/solution.

However since updating to firefox 29.0.1 i have realised that after watching some youtube videos and justanimedubbed videos, occasionally the video playback will be "laggy" at first it was the video wasn't in sync with the audio and would 'skip'. Now it has become more evident and the audio and video playback occasionally pause before commencing. The video has buffered sufficiently to have smooth playback and on further analysis of this problem, i was suggested to clear the cache. Which i did and it resolved the issue for the most part however the problem has reoccurred and i don't want to continually clear the cache every firefox startup, is this a new issue or is there something i am doing wrong, or is there something i can do to not have to clear the cache continually as this could get annoying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, but previously i had enlarged the cache of firefox and it was taking a while to repeat the same issue. I finally have gotten to use your suggestion and for now it looks like it has worked, so thankyou :).
