"Email Link" via Yahoo inserts escaped codes for certain characters and makes the link unusable to the recipient -- how to fix?

"Email Link" using Yahoo web mail inserts escaped codes for colons and slashes (and likely other characters) and makes the link unusable to the recipient --

For example, I get this:

  https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.mozilla.org%2Fen-US%2Fquestions%2Fnew&subject

instead of this:

  https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new

Hmm, what's supposed to happen is that Yahoo converts the URL-encoded link back into a regular link.

Do you have the latest Yahoo code? For a while, when you visited your Inbox, a bar would push down offering to add it. It would be the second entry in the Options dialog.
