I have the latest version of Firefox on 2 desktop computers and it keeps crashing. There is only 3 extensions added on firefox which are: Adblock Plus 2.6.3, Norton Toolbar 2014.7.2.6 and Norton Vulnerability Protection 12.2.0.5 - 1. I have Firefox installed on one PC using Windows 7 Home x86 and the other PC using Windows 8.1 Pro x86. I have tried disabling all extensions but doesn't help. What else can cause the crashes.

One easy thing to try is to de-activate your plug-in Coupons, Inc. Coupon Printer 5.0.0.2 . Is it on both computers? I'm not saying anything against it but it is a bit of a stand-out in your System Details shown above. Google it for more information.

That crash is caused by Norton. Remove your Norton Toolbar (It's useless anyway) and update your Norton Anti-virus. If you still have a crash please let me know.
