Check your margin settings in page setup. If they are too large, apparently it prints blank pages.

File > Page Setup > Margins & Header/Footer tab

I use top. left and right on 12.7 and bottom on 20.0 and this prints ok for me.

What do you have? Usually, if the margins are wrong in the Print Preview then you will not see a Print Preview either, but you say: The print preview option works fine too. So I would not have expected this to be the issue.

Check the actual Printer settings: when you click on 'Print', the Print window should open. check: you have selected the correct printer, printer range and number of copies. click on 'Properties' and then use the various tabs to check settings: check you have selected the correct paper size.

If using 2 sided printing. check the margins selected. If there is also an option to reduce the size of the document, check that it has not reduced so far that it cannot print anything.
