I can't uninstall firefox. I tried unsuccessfully start button and uninstall program way and then helper.exe, it doesn't do anything. How can I uninstall it?

I have read articles about uninstall process here. And I tried several times (I lost 2 hours trying to uninstall firefox) both ways (start button-control panel-uninstall program and c-program files-mozilla firefox-uninstall-helper.exe) but it doesn't work.
