The download bar stays green even after the download is complete, as if the download is still continuing, the X button next to the download bar should turn into FOLDER button after downloads are finished, but that doesn't happen, I know that downloads are complete, because when I right click the file and open the containing folder and play the file it plays till the end.

Which are you using, the 32.0b9 or the 32.0 RC build1.

Downloads never finishing is a bug in 32.0b9 as per Bug#1057764
