Adobe Flash Player for firefox on Portable HDD.

For reason, I use Firefox not locally but on my portable HDD.

My problem is that flash-enabled websites crash every time I go visit them. It seems Adobe Flash Player does not successfully get updated.

Does anyone have the same problem, and know how to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance.

This should solve your problem:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/adobe-flash-plugin-has-crashed

To check if your installation of Flash is up to date, visit Mozilla's Plugin Check page. If it says that Flash needs to be updated, install the latest version manually.

Go to the Flash Player download page at Adobe.com and download the Flash installer.

When the download has finished, close Firefox. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and then click Exit Close 29 Open the Flash installer file you downloaded and follow the instructions.

Unfortunately I have tried that a bunch of times, and the problem persists.

Thanks for your advice though.
