Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
All the crash reports talk about d3d11.dll, a Windows program. Two things to try.
1) Perform a System File Check to fix the corrupted system files http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
2) Use a scan/repair on your Windows Registry.

- On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
