Thunderbird fails to contact IMAP servers - randomly. The it deletes all of the local folders for that account. When it finally does connect, it has to re-download EVERYTHING - and while doing that, other IMAP logins fail, deleting all of the local folders for that account.

Of 3 yahoo accounts (all set up identically) it fails on just one.

When contacting hotmail's IMAP (2 accounts) it ping-pongs between the accounts that it will trash.
