The flash plugin is up to date (16.0.0.235 for Windows). Firefox disables it for some reason. Youtube videos somehow can play while it's disabled (how?). When I activate it and go to a youtube video, the cursor blinks with the busy circle continously and firefox doesn't respond unless I close the youtube tab. What's going on?

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash player and firefox but that didnt fix the issue.

I should also add that besides Youtube videos, other flash content says I do not have flash installed when its disabled. Again, if I enable it, firefox doesnt respond
