When watching a video on Facebook ,etc, the video portion freezes and the sound keeps playing until I hover over it . I am using Wuindows 7. The video will restart when I hover it with pointer/mouse. The same video(s) works fine when using Chrome?

This issue can possibly be caused by malware.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
