Hi, my Firefox keeps freezing and crashes at times. I always keep my browser and the plugins up to date. This is annoying. Kindly help.

These are caused by the Flash plugin, of which it looks like you have an old version. You are also using an old version of Firefox. The combination is a likely cause of your crashes.
- Update Flash
- Update Firefox to 35.0.1 Update Firefox to the latest release
- If you still have problems, refresh Firefox Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Yes, I got my browser update last night. I've just updated my flash.
While going through my latest crash log(bp-76df613e-0749-4538-93d5-ebfd02150127) and taking reference from an article on how to read them, I came across "_etoured.dll" without a version in the module section. Googling it up, I got results relating to my Nvidia graphic adapter. So I disabled hardware acceleration. Am I going right here?
Have been using the browser intensively for about an hour and faced no freezing, white flashes and blank screen issues as of now.
Also there is a red highlighted field corresponding to "NPSWF32_15_0_0_246.dll". Can you please tell me what does it mean? Thanks!
You can uninstall the current Flash player version and (re)install the latest Flash version.
See this about uninstalling Flash players:
Note that this will remove all installed Flash players.
You can find the latest Flash player versions for Firefox on this page:
