The various "IE Tab" extensions are not IE emulators or such but rather uses the engine of IE version installed in Windows and embeds it in a Firefox tab.

So it basically only works on Windows version of Firefox (some work on SeaMonkey also).

Unless it lists otherwise in Version Information of bottom of extension pages the extensions at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ are for desktop Firefox on Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.

The Android Firefox compatible extensions are listed in https://addons.mozilla.org/android/ as you can change to at top where it says "Other Applications".
