Hello.

I have a family member with Thunderbird 31.4.0 and and odd problem. She sends an e-mail to someone, no problem. If/when the person responds there might be random parts of other e-mails inserted into the middle of the original e-mail. This doesn't happen all the time, very random.

If you look at the e-mail in the sent folder it doesn't appear in the e-mail. But we know it's coming from the sender as the random text is something this person sent at some previous time.

We have compacted the folders which doesn't seem to help.

Really odd problem, it happened once before, maybe 1.5 to 2 years ago and it's just started happening again in the past 1-2 months. We wouldn't know it's happening unless the person responds to the e-mail and we see it ourselves.

Thanks for any help.
