When reply to an e-mail, my signature will not start at the top of the page. Have tried Tools > Account Settings > Composition and Addressing >Start my reply above the quote and also > start my reply below the quote - no change. You are working with you signature, that is always at the bottom, and changing options that position your reply above or below the quoted message. Not sure what you expect.
