hello, what kind of sub-folders to you see in C:\Users?
DefaultApp Pool, Public and my own Username --- Win 10 DefaultApp Pool, Public ,my own Username and UpdatusUser --- Windows.old (win7)
ok, actually i'm not sure what's the folder format of the windows upgrade procedure, and where the backups of your old profile would be stored: Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data
please search your driver for the file places.sqlite - it should show up once in your current firefox profile & your (hopefully) backed up firefox profile. you can then migrate your data from the old to the new one: Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles
