I am able to scroll with the roller on my mouse when I am in IE11 but it does not work in any app in Firefox. How do I fix this?

I Have a Logitec M510 mouse that works fine in IE11. I can scroll side to side or up and down by using the roller wheel on top of the mouse. I cannot get it to work in Firefox though. The only way I can scroll either way is by using the scroll bars at the right side or bottom of the page. How can I fix this?
