Hi
If it the email I received the other day (3 reasons to get the new Firefox), it is a legitimate Firefox community newsletter.
If you are uncomfortable clicking in the links to get the new version of Firefox, got to Help, About Firefox and (should you need it) the option to upgrade will be there.
If you do see misuse of the Firefox name and brand, please report through here, but I believe that you received this communication because you signed up for correspondence from Mozilla. There are options to unsubscribe or modify your communication preferences at the bottom of the email your were sent.
I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

Emails with @*mozilla.org are legit emails from mozilla.org
You likely signed up for Mozilla newsletter at some point.
