How do I force Firefox to save a user name and password and use the correct URL?

I'm trying to get Firefox to save my user name and password for Amazon's credit card, which I access via my Amazon account and then I select the Amazon Card. Firefox keeps changing the name of the save as a different credit card, which I also have, but with a different password.

I can't find any place to rename the URL or the "save name". And it saves the wrong password when I then try to test the long in. Or maybe it is entering the password for the other credit card.

Is there a way to type in the URL and then type in the user name and then enter the password, inside of the Firefox "save password" area?

Thank you for your help.
