Where can I change the setting on my email so that when look at my emails, that I only see the unread. I find myself saving some as unread and they become bold font again. Problem is that I am also seeing tons of read e-mails. Cant the read ones go to another folder automatically?

View|Folders|Unread will show you all the folders containing unread messages. The Folder Pane View Switcher addon makes toggling between views easier.

You can also add a Mailing Views tool to the tool bar, and the QuickFilter bar has an "Unread" button.

Finally you could also set up a Saved Search folder for unread messages. This works well with the Quick Folders addon, which lets you put frequently used folders into tabs for easy access.
