Why do every time I search for something with Mozilla browser ads website (such as : product promotion, game online, and other disturbing website) always pop up? How can I stop this? Because it's getting really annoying now. They not just show in a new window, when I've loaded a website it was suddenly change into a ads website or such. It happen every time I browsing and start Mozilla.

Hi, you can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Incidentally, you have more than one version of Shockwave Flash which can cause problems - the oldest should be removed.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us. Thank you!
