I think that 'live' is what used to be hotmail, is that right? (I don't use it myself.) Anyway there are instructions here about how to export the data from a hotmail / live.com / outlook.com calendar. It looks a complicated process but there are screenshots which should help. http://www.akruto.com/backup-phone-contacts-calendar/hotmail-calendar/ What you need to do is to export the data and save it on your computer as an ICS file (a file with the suffix .ics). This is a standard format which allows data to be transferred between calendar programs. Once you have the file saved on your computer, open the Thunderbird calendar and import the file. (Note that this process will add the imported events, appointments etc. to whatever is in your TBird calendar already. So if you want to keep the 'live' data separate, create a new empty calendar for it first.)
