My Yahoo group takes ages to load in Firefox but not in IE on both my computers, one XP the other 10.
When I log onto my Yahoo group in Firefox it comes up immediately but I can't access any part of it for at least a couple of minutes. This happens with my laptop (W10) and PC (XP). This doesn't happen with IE.

Thanks for that but didn't help. I'm writing this on my XP PC and I don't store any history or cookies on it (although I do on my laptop). I tried Safe Mode but again, no difference. The group I want comes up immediately when I select it from bookmarks and log on. The page displayed shows the latest photos posted by members (it's a natural history group) but they are fuzzy. If I select "photos" it does eventually display them correctly but this takes quite a while. Exactly the same thing happens using my laptop. If I try to do this using IE there is no problem.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
