I use the tools function in TB to try and import from my outlook 2003. Itshows outlook but I cannot accept it or add a tick. I have tried exporting and importing files but to no avail. Is there anyway for the import settings tool to see the outlook files?

It might work better if you install an older version of TB, e.g. 17, then after the importing you can update TB to the latest version. If the contacts don't import via the wizard, try exporting them from Outlook as a csv file and then importing the csv file via Tools/Import/Address books... It may be helpful to edit the csv in a spreadsheet so it's more compatible with the TB address book.
