I'm curious how can I disable permanently the browser caching?

I'm using selenium to test my web application. If i do nay changes on my js code. I cant see those changes until I'll do multiple time force refreshes then i can see. (If ill be lucky). Its due to caching issue.

I'm open to any better suggestions.

Thanks
