Your Firefox identified itself as Firefox 47 running on Windows Vista. Is that the one with the problem? I'm asking because the issue has been reported by Firefox 48 users on Windows 10 who use a Windows "high contrast" theme, and I have a workaround for that, which is a custom style rule. I haven't tested it on Windows Vista (I don't have access to any Vista systems.)
