After a Thunderbird update yesterday, I cannot access my e-mails. When I go into Mozilla Thunderbird, instead of my name and my wife's name appearing, I get 'default'. When I click on 'Start Thunderbird', I am asked if I'd like a new email address. I click the button that says 'Skip this and use my existing e-mail'. I then enter my name, e-mail address and password (which I presume is my plus.net password) and I am told that Thunderbird failed to recognise the settings for my e-mail account. I have done this numerous times and get the same result.
