How often does this happen? What were you and Firefox doing at the time?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Hi FredMcD- Safe Mode does not solve the problem. I just opened FF this am & the box appeared yet again. I had to refresh FF just to reply to your message. It's annoying. Any alternative solutions? thanks, roland~
